August 1, 2012 Update

It hasn't been easy but I've reached 16.5 body fat this week. I am rewarding myself with a tattoo that I have been wanting. My weight is at 110 but does go up and down from that to 115 pretty consistently. I go to the gym every single day. Part of my routine is Yoga at least 3 times a week and sometimes up to 5 times. I also started a pilates course once a week and I do cardio from 2-3 times a week only at this time because I do not want to lose any more weight.  Weights are done at least 5 days and sometimes 6 days.  I keep track of my diet through myfitnesspal which can be used if you have a smart phone or online for free. I do at least 2500 calories everyday or more if I do cardio that day. I eat about 6 times during the day. My diet consists of lots of lean protein, low complex carbs and low fat foods.
I rarely cheat but I do on occasion but never more than once during the week. I do a lot of cooking at home. I even make my own protein bars. I also rely on protein shakes.
There has been a lot of improvement in my strength as well which I will record here at a later time.

June 2012

I decided to take a different direction in fitness. My eventual goal is to get as close as possible to the look of
Cristina Vujnich. Measurements in June were taken as well as pictures which will be posted later to show the before and after. These are the measurments from June

In 2011 Measurements

In January 2011 I joined a gym and hired a trainer. This is when I first started to actually do something about how I wanted to look. My heaviest weight was 150lbs and I lost some weight before I joined the gym.  Measurements were as follows at that time:

In April 2011
