August 1, 2012 Update

It hasn't been easy but I've reached 16.5 body fat this week. I am rewarding myself with a tattoo that I have been wanting. My weight is at 110 but does go up and down from that to 115 pretty consistently. I go to the gym every single day. Part of my routine is Yoga at least 3 times a week and sometimes up to 5 times. I also started a pilates course once a week and I do cardio from 2-3 times a week only at this time because I do not want to lose any more weight.  Weights are done at least 5 days and sometimes 6 days.  I keep track of my diet through myfitnesspal which can be used if you have a smart phone or online for free. I do at least 2500 calories everyday or more if I do cardio that day. I eat about 6 times during the day. My diet consists of lots of lean protein, low complex carbs and low fat foods.
I rarely cheat but I do on occasion but never more than once during the week. I do a lot of cooking at home. I even make my own protein bars. I also rely on protein shakes.
There has been a lot of improvement in my strength as well which I will record here at a later time.
