Getting back on track...
It's been some time since I've written. I got my new tattoo and held on to 16% body fat for some time after that. Then I got sick and got off track. Unfortunately as of today my body fat is back up to 18%. Even though I was not feeling well, I tried to keep up with my work outs. I was down to 105 lbs and so I had to cut back on cardio and try to gain some of that weight back. Then I started to have some issues with my hips so I could not do lower body work for over a week. I noticed that I am not as strong as I was in my lower body, so now I'm back at it trying to get where I was. My diet is not back on track as it was, so I'm working at getting back on that as well. I will be back at 16% soon! =)
